Amortization:

Articles of Incorporation:

Asset:

Assignability:

Assignee:

Assignment:

Assignor:

"B" through "D" credit customers:

Bad Debt:

Balance sheet:

Balloon:

Bankruptcy:

Beneficiary:

Bill of Sale:

Reverse Partial Buyout:

Satisfaction:

Seasoning:

Servicing:
The collection of payments of interest and principal, and trust fund items such as fire insurance, taxes, etc., on a Note by the borrower in accordance with the terms of the Note. Simultaneous Purchase Buyout:

Sole proprietorship:

Subordination:

Tail:

Tangible personal property:

Time value of money:

Title:

Title commitment:

Title insurance:
