Our
firm buys seller-held mortgages, trust deeds and land contracts both
purchase money and hard money mortgages all over the country. Some people
use the terms real estate note, real estate notes, promissory notes, or even

of Mortgage Brokers and the National Association of Mortgage Brokers. We
have been buying seller held notes for decades. We consider ourselves
experts in our field and have been awarded consistently over the past few
years for being one of the top 5 discount mortgage brokers in the entire
country. We are also one of the very few that are licensed.
If you have sold your

financing and are now receiving payments on that note, we can cash you out
in as little as 10-15 working days. As an experienced deed of trust buyer
and national mortgage note buyer, we will quickly evaluate your cash flow
